| Description: | Provides payable car hire support and serves as primary customer contact. Coordinates production schedule and handles problem resolution.

| Duties: |  Ensure car hire processing is on schedule and accurately meets the needs of clients.
 Promptly respond to payables care hire client inquiries.
 Resolve payable car hire client problems.
 Coordinates production schedules with clients and other support staff.
 Answer payable car hire questions.
 Coordinate and respond to client requested changes.
 Maintain Call Log of interactions with customers.
 Develop a professional working relationship with clients.
 Visit clients, attend meetings with RMI customers and participate in industry committees and meetings.
 Consult with other RMI car hire staff and reviewing processing proposals to determine goals, time frame, limitations and procedures for satisfying customers.
 Review car hire edit and management reports, decipher information and disseminate information as required.
 Keep RMI management, clients and other support staff informed of problems and resolution status.
 Confer with programming personnel to provide car hire advice and participate in problem resolution.
 Formulate and define computer-programming requests.
 Compare programming results against technical specifications.
 Other duties as assigned.

 Some railroad experience is helpful, but not required.
 Candidates must have strong analytical skills.
 Must be a self-starter.
 BA/BS or MBA desirable.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 Must be extremely detail oriented.
 Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
