Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) is designed to give employees the flexibility needed for vacation and any other time needed away from the office. Days are accrued on a monthly basis based on the following schedule:

Years of Service Annual Accrual

Up to 4 years - 3 weeks

5 – 9 years - 4 weeks

10+ years - 5 weeks

Management positions have one extra week per tenure level.

Holidays

RMI provides ten paid holidays per year. A schedule is published every fall for the coming year. The 2007 Holiday Schedule is:

Good Friday - April 6

Memorial Day - May 28

Independence Day - July 4

Labor Day - September 3

Thanksgiving Day - November 22 & 23

Christmas Eve - December 24

Christmas Day - December 25

New Year’s Eve - December 31
