Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) is designed to give employees the flexibility needed for vacation and any other time needed away from the office. Days are accrued on a monthly basis based on the following schedule:

Years of Service Annual Accrual

Up to 4 years - 3 weeks

5 – 9 years - 4 weeks

10+ years - 5 weeks

Management positions have one extra week per tenure level.

Holidays

RMI provides ten paid holidays per year. A schedule is published every fall for the coming year. The 2008 Holiday Schedule is:

New Year's Day - Tuesday, January 1^st

Good Friday - Friday, March 21^st

Memorial Day - Monday, May 26^th

Independence Day - Friday, July 4^th

Labor Day - Monday, September 1^st

Thanksgiving - Thursday & Friday,          November 27^th & 28^th

Christmas Eve - Wednesday, December 24^th

Christmas Day - Thursday, December 25^th

Floating Holiday - Friday, December 26th
